LinkedIn lets you schedule posts up to 30 days in advance, but finding your scheduled posts isn't obvious if you're new to the platform. This guide shows you exactly where to find, manage, and edit your scheduled posts on desktop and mobile.
Use Klyo's autopilot scheduler to manage scheduled posts across your entire content calendar, with better analytics and team collaboration than LinkedIn's native tool.
View Scheduled Posts on Desktop
- Click your profile photo in the top-right corner of LinkedIn
- Look for "Creator mode" in the dropdown. If you don't see it, click "Settings & privacy" then enable Creator mode in Account settings
- Click "Creator dashboard" from the dropdown menu
- On the left sidebar, click "Posts" to expand the menu
- Click "Scheduled" to see all your scheduled posts
Your scheduled posts appear in a list with:
- Post preview (text + first few words)
- Scheduled date and time
- Three-dot menu (edit, reschedule, delete, preview)

Pro Tips for LinkedIn Scheduling
- Schedule 4-5 posts at once: Batch your content creation. Write 4 posts on Monday, schedule for Tue-Fri, and focus on engagement.
- Use optimal posting times: Best times vary by industry, but generally 8am-10am or 12pm-1pm weekdays see highest engagement.
- Reschedule underperformers: If a post gets low early engagement, reschedule to a better time slot instead of deleting.
- Mix content types: Alternate between text posts, carousels, and videos. See 25+ carousel templates.
- Don't schedule too far ahead: Posts scheduled 20+ days out feel stale. 7-10 days is ideal for planning without stale content.
